
Cara Miller, MDiv, PhD, is a developmental coach and consultant and the founder of Inquiry Partners. Cara is devoted to senior leaders, founders, and the teams they lead across finance, technology, higher education, insurance, design, non-profits, and the military, and consults to organizations designing the architecture, governance, and leadership practices that will hold where the business is growing.
Cara holds a PhD from the University of San Diego's School of Leadership and Education Sciences, an MDiv from Princeton Theological Seminary, and a BA from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She has taught developmental psychology for Harvard's Graduate School of Education, facilitated senior teams through Harvard's Programs in Professional Education, and served as a senior organizational consultant with Minds at Work. Her practice draws on constructive developmental psychology, action inquiry, and group relations, and she is experienced in the range of developmental and psychometric assessments.
Cara writes and speaks at the intersection of developmental psychology and theology, and lives and works in San Diego.
