Building Your Capacity To Thrive

What Got You here won't get you there

Leadership demands consistent growth.
‍
Whether you’re navigating a new role, new market, or even a new boss, new ways of thinking and being are required to perform.

While some leaders have the benefit of a strong support system within their organization, most leaders are left to sort out what works, what to leave behind, and what to build on their own.

Even when there are structures in place, it feels risky to communicate that you “don’t have it all figured out”, and so leaders feel isolated in their struggles.

This experience is compounded as you progress in seniority, or take the leap to build your own business.

The continued isolation leads to increased stress, burnout, and underwhelming results.

Built for your needs

Our coaching is grounded in two core principles:
‍
1. For coaching to be effective, it must be unique to the leader's context, applicable, and timely

2. Bridging the gap between where you are and where you need to be requires changing both how you think and what you know

With that in mind, our coaching follows a clear arc:

01

Build Chemistry

The foundation of coaching is trust and chemistry. We match you with a coach that has the skills and presence to help you do your best work.

02

Set Goals

We partner with you to co-create quantitative and/or qualitative goals for the length of our relationship and during each individual session.

03

Assess Current Capacity

Not necessisarily role-specific skills or knowledge, but rather the way that you apply those skills and make sense of your role.

04

Experiment and Adapt

Each session wraps with co-designing experiments and actions to help expand your growth edge. You implement them, reflect on what happened, and iterate.

Over time, leaders learn to assess, experiment, and adapt on their own, and are left with increased capacity and the tools for continuous improvement.

This is the goal of developmental coaching.
