Terence Davy

Terence Davy is a coach that helps leaders be more effective in complex environments. 

Prior to coaching, Terence worked in the software industry driving growth as a leader in Account Management and Customer Success. He worked with a developmental coach during his first 2 years as a vice president. In that time, he reformed and revitalized his leadership principles and practices in a way that improved the business metrics that mattered – revenue, customer satisfaction, employee engagement – while also decreasing his stress levels and increasing his capacity. The outcomes were so impactful that he incorporated developmental practices into all of his processes, meetings, 1-on-1s, and eventually into company-level strategy to great success. 

While he had expanded the reach of these tools, Terence knew that there were so many more people that could benefit from a developmental lens. This led him to open Proactivity, a leadership development firm, to expand his reach. Terence now supports founders and senior leaders to close the gap between their current reality and their potential. 

Terence lives in Los Angeles, California with his wife, son, and dog.
